ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
We are looking to appoint a proactive Relief Security Officer with customer service at the forefront of all they do to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for all our customers and staff. This is a permanent contract covering holidays with advanced notification of shifts. SIA DS or SG Licence required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out daily/weekly/monthly duties as outlined in the site Assignment Instructions
- Be present on the mall to ensure a safe and secure environment is maintained
- Conduct patrols covering all areas of the shopping mall and service yards
- Take an active role in emergency situations including first aid and fire warden
- Oversee external contractor management to ensure safe working practices
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Enjoy working part of a team as well as the ability to work independently to reach the shared goal
- Good communication skills both written and verbal to assist with accurate report writing
- Smart, well-groomed and confident
- High level of customer care awareness
- SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guard licence
