Reporting: Reporting to the Director, Sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that show progress against people, culture and sustainability priorities.
- Support the delivery of the People Strategy Metrics and People Scorecard by preparing HR and Sustainability data for reporting.
- Build applications to improve business processes and manage data at source.
- Understand the current systems and work towards improving the data relationships between different systems.
- Review data collection processes and assess the validity of the information stored.
- Ensure data policies reflect current legislation.
- Identify anomalous data and eliminate unreliable data collection processes.
- Work closely with relevant departments to secure and robustly store data.
- Provide basic trend analysis and insights to support decision-making and planning.
- Manage projects as required.
- Support external submissions and statutory reports.
Required Skills And Experience
- 2-3 years in data analysis, reporting, HR analytics or ESG-related roles.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of data lakes.
- Power BI experience including creating dashboards.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Experience producing reports up to board level.
- Experience of contract and supplier management.
- Demonstratable ability to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal, influencing, communication and organisational skills.
- A customer focused approach.
