The predicted salary is between 36000 - 40000 £ per year.

Hybrid role, can be based anywhere in the UK. Shift Pattern Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Salary £36,000 - £40,000 per annum.

Reporting: Reporting to the Director, Sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that show progress against people, culture and sustainability priorities.
  • Support the delivery of the People Strategy Metrics and People Scorecard by preparing HR and Sustainability data for reporting.
  • Build applications to improve business processes and manage data at source.
  • Understand the current systems and work towards improving the data relationships between different systems.
  • Review data collection processes and assess the validity of the information stored.
  • Ensure data policies reflect current legislation.
  • Identify anomalous data and eliminate unreliable data collection processes.
  • Work closely with relevant departments to secure and robustly store data.
  • Provide basic trend analysis and insights to support decision-making and planning.
  • Manage projects as required.
  • Support external submissions and statutory reports.

Required Skills And Experience

  • 2-3 years in data analysis, reporting, HR analytics or ESG-related roles.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of data lakes.
  • Power BI experience including creating dashboards.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Experience producing reports up to board level.
  • Experience of contract and supplier management.
  • Demonstratable ability to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal, influencing, communication and organisational skills.
  • A customer focused approach.
