ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
- The Data Analyst role will support the TfL Mechanical to identify inefficiencies across the contract.
- Assist in the development of the innovation plan for service delivery improvements.
- Engage business leaders and senior operational managers across the business to ensure best practice and operational efficiencies are implemented.
- Understand, anticipate and deliver customer (internal and external) needs while building effective relationships.
- Efficiently respond to both internal and external customers through effective communication and personal accessibility.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is high.
- Carry out other admin tasks as directed.
