LOCATION: SALESFORCE London

PAY RATE: 16.31 per hour

SHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Friday (7:00 pm to 10:00 pm). Flexible schedule: Start times may vary occasionally depending on operational needs. 15 hours per week

ABM UK a leading provider of facility service solutions in the UK is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. With over 30 years of industry experience ABM UK is known for delivering exceptional facility services tailored to the unique needs of each client. As a Cleaning Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our clients office spaces during the shift. Your attention to detail, strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team will contribute to the overall success of our facility service solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
  • Train and onboard new cleaning staff ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met and maintained
  • Manage and maintain cleaning schedules and assignments
  • Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment placing orders as needed
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and ensure staff compliance
  • Perform floor cleaning once per week or as required including carpets and hard floors during the shift.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry preferably within a blue-chip company
  • Strong knowledge of office cleaning techniques, equipment and products
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleaning standards
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
