Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in regional best practice sharing with EHS leaders across multiple sites.
  • Promote and ensure adherence to ISO 45001/18001 and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Lead and support EHS initiatives and programs across a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, offering EHS guidance and oversight.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation, from shop floor to leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an EHS management role within a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong familiarity with regulated industries such as chemicals, radiation, or clean manufacturing environments.
  • Practical knowledge of COMAH regulations.
  • NEBOSH certification and membership in a recognised professional body.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
