LOCATION: Old Trafford Centre, Manchester
SHIFT PATTERN: 40 hours per week. 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
PAY RATE: £15.00 per hour
Role Overview
We are a reliable and safety-focused Specialist Window Cleaning Technician to join our professional cleaning operations at the Old Trafford Centre. This role involves high-standard commercial window cleaning, including low and mid-level glazed surfaces, ensuring a consistently excellent appearance across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out professional window cleaning to retail and commercial standards
- Clean internal and external glazed areas, frames, and ledges
- Use specialist equipment safely, including reach & wash systems and access equipment where applicable
- Follow all site-specific risk assessments and method statements
- Maintain high standards of appearance, conduct, and customer service
- Report defects, access issues, or safety concerns to the Team Leader
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition
- Comply fully with company and client health & safety policies
Essential Requirements
- Previous commercial window cleaning experience (preferred)
- Good understanding of safe working practices
- Physically fit and comfortable working at height where required
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
- Right to work in the UK
Nice to Have (Desirable)
- iPath Health & Safety training or similar accredited H&S qualification
- Experience working in retail centres or high-footfall environments
- MEWP or access equipment awareness
