Main Duties& Responsibilities:
- Thisis a dual role whichmayinclude a variety of tasksbut specifically:
- Tocollectloosetrolleys from all areas of the centre and secure them safely in thedesignatedareas for public use.
- Toperformvarious cleaning& waste managementdutiesasrequired.
- To ensure that all duties carried out are strictlyin accordance withour standards & policies so that quality work is delivered,meeting/exceeding our expectations.
- Toalways wearwell launderedcompany uniformso thatCastlepoint ShoppingPark’s reputation for professionalism and quality is never compromised.
- To ensure that all work undertaken is carried outin accordance withCastlepoint& ABM’s Health and Safety procedures.Moreover,todemonstratetheir commitmentto the fact that eachCastlepoint/ABM employee has a personal responsibility for their own health and safety and for that of persons who may be affected by their acts/or omissions.
- Whilst atworktoeffectivelyassistwith thepublicin a friendly & professional manner.
- To carry outyourduties as directed bytheSupervisor.Moreover,to always consider the work undertaken and wherever opportunities for improvements to working practices exist, putting forward suggestions so that ‘continuous improvement’ is the norm.
- To work in a proactive manner supporting/assisting colleagues whenever in a position to do so.
- To undertake ad hoc duties as directed/ operationallyrequired.
