LOCATION: Londonderry

SHIFT PATTERN: 40 hours per week – afternoon or evening shifts

PAY RATE: £14.42 per hour

ABM UK is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Site Supervisor to lead and manage site operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and secure environment for clients and employees. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and be committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise site teams to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by enforcing health and safety procedures
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Manage scheduling, HR, and payroll tasks related to the site team
  • Respond proactively to any incidents or emergencies on site
  • Provide training and mentoring to junior site supervisors and team members
Candidate requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience within security, cleaning, or facilities management preferred
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guard licence would be advantageous
  • Good understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance standards
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Professional appearance and confident demeanor
