Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Wear a clean, smart appearance and company uniform at all times to uphold ABM’s reputation for professionalism and quality.
- Ensure all cleaning duties are carried out strictly in accordance with BICSc standards, delivering quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Adhere to ABM’s Health and Safety procedures and demonstrate personal responsibility for health and safety of self and others.
- Interact with the public on site and recognize situations where assistance or value-added support is appropriate (e.g., lost children, public distress, evacuations).
- Carry out cleaning duties as directed by the team leader and propose improvements to working practices for continuous improvement.
- Work proactively, supporting and assisting colleagues whenever possible.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as directed or operationally required.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Provide excellent customer care.
- Maintain a smart, clean appearance.
