As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our client's office spaces during the shift. Your attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and ability to motivate a team will contribute to the overall success of our facility service solutions.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
- Train and onboard new cleaning staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met and maintained
- Manage and maintain cleaning schedules and assignments
- Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and ensure staff compliance
- Perform floor cleaning once per week or as required, including carpets and hard floors during the shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry, preferably within a blue-chip company
- Strong knowledge of office cleaning techniques, equipment, and products
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
