LOCATION: Oxford North

HOURS: 42 hours per week

SHIFT PATTERN: 4 ON 4 OFF

PAY RATE: £15.00 per hour

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Team Leader to join our management team, overseeing a multi‑disciplined team of Cleaners, Security Guards, and Waste Operatives. As a Service Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering and maintaining the highest standards of Security and Environmental services within a busy, town centre‑based shopping and leisure facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and motivate your team to ensure the highest service standards in Security, Cleaning, and Waste Management.
  • Develop yourself and your team through ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring all team members feel valued and respected.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations by effectively prioritizing and delegating tasks according to business, team, and individual needs.
  • Maintain excellent customer service, ensuring visitors experience a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Key Attributes & Skills

  • A passion for customer service, ensuring our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
  • Previous front‑line leadership experience in either Housekeeping or Security.
  • Ability to develop and inspire team members, supporting their professional growth.
  • A clear and articulate communicator, capable of engaging effectively with colleagues, management, and customers.
  • Strong decision‑making and task prioritization skills, maintaining efficiency and high service levels.
  • A professional and proactive approach to problem‑solving and conflict resolution.
