LOCATION: To work between various locations in Edinburgh area from Gyle, Citycentreand Fort Kinnaird

CONTRACT: Permanent, 20 hours per week

PAY RATE: £13.45 per hour

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

ABM is looking for hardworking and proactive cleaner to join our team in Cleaning offices/Retail and shopping centresfor prestigious Client, includes washrooms kitchens, venuehalland any surrounding areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hoovering/mopping, cleaning washrooms and kitchens
• Carrying out deepcleans as required and using buffers and carpet cleaners–training provided
• Ensuring premises are safe and disinfected regularly
• Removing waste, replenishing consumables and supplies and attending reactive jobs (spillages)
• Customer Service as working along Client and Client’s staff

Person Specification:

• Must be well presented and good communicator
• Must have a can‑do attitude and polite and approachable demeanour
• Hardworking and proactive, good timekeeping and attendance record

Essential

• Previouscleaning experience preferred with focus on unsupervised work and prioritising workload
• Strong customer service/care and leadership skills
• Problem solving and time management skills desired
• Ability to work to set schedules and on own initiative
• Flexible and proactive attitude essential
• Understanding & knowledge of health and safety policies
• Needs torepresentABM values on site by being presentable, uniformed, and helpfulat all timesWilling to go the extra mile
• Always follow Company Policies and procedures
• Ensure that the work environment and equipment are safe and well maintained
• Identifyand correct hazardous conditions
