As our Graduate Project Manager, you will kick-start your career by playing a central role in successfully planning, coordinating and delivering our key initiatives. You will be the driving force that translates complex projects into clear, actionable plans, ensuring our teams stay connected, on track and set up for success from day one.
Main Duties:
- Proactively engage with the key stakeholders leading the projects to ask the right questions and understand everything required to get it onto the master plan.
- Monitor and report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment.
- Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received.
- Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and/or via your divisional incident reporting system.
