Our client, one of the largest firms in the PI sector, listed in Legal 500 and Chambers, is looking to appoint an additional solicitor to one of it’s specialist accident teams. The team deals with accident/casualty work predominantly across occupational liability, employers liability, public liability and CICA. As part of this team you will deal with a broad range of PI matters including:-

•Managing your own caseload

•Mix of pre-litigated/litigated files

•Dealing with ASPIC/Court of Session/Sheriff Court work

•Taking statements

•Liability investigations

•Instructing medical experts

•Drafting summonses/writs

•Consulting with Counsel

•Appearance in court/tribunal

Applicants will ideally have at least one year post qualified experience and must have had some exposure to personal injury work.
