Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior MEP Revit Technician, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, responsible for:

• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to develop detailed MEP Revit models.
• Ensuring accurate and efficient preparation of construction drawings and documentation.
• Coordinating with engineers and other stakeholders to integrate design changes into the models.
• Conducting clash detection and resolving coordination issues within the BIM environment.
• Staying updated with industry standards and ensuring compliance in all designs.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• 2 + years experience as an MEP Revit Technician in a consultancy environment.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
