I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Competence Assessor to support offshore operations within the Energy sector. The role will focus on assessing and verifying the technical, operational and safety competence of offshore personnel, ensuring individuals meet established competency frameworks and industry standards.
Key requirements:
- Strong offshore operational / technical background
- Previous Energy industry experience
- Workplace Assessor qualification
- Experience with Competence Assurance Systems / competency frameworks
- Strong coaching, assessment and communication skills
- BOSIET / FOET with CA-EBS
- Valid OEUK Medical & MIST
- Good knowledge of offshore industry standards including OPITO / IADC / HSE
