Claims Handler in Glasgow

Our client, a prestigious, chambers ranked law firm, is looking to recruit a claims handler to join their specialist litigation team. The team acts for a major transport provider and as such the role will primarily involve handling uninsured loss recoveries on behalf of this client, including handling the initial investigation, taking statements, assessing liability and determining what action is to be taken. The firm’s dedicated team of lawyers and legal professionals always strive to offer the highest quality legal advice and support, ensuring their clients achieve positive results. Applicants will ideally have experience dealing with RTA claims, whether pursuer or defender, and be keen to further their career in this sector. Salary will be dependant on experience.
