Are you a private client paralegal either currently specialising in executries or looking do so? Our client is looking to appoint a paralegal to their established private client team to focus on executry work. The team provides a range of services including advising on wills & executries, wealth planning, residential conveyancing and tax advice. The role will include administering executry estates and trusts, drafting confirmation and IHT forms, executry accounts and general financial administration to include power of attorney and guardianship administration. You will be able to develop client relationships and will have responsibility for your own caseload in conjunction with the partners and senior solicitors in the team. As well as having relevant experience as an executry paralegal you must be committed to providing an excellent level of service to clients, show initiative, have a positive attitude and be proactive. This role offers the opportunity to advance your career, develop your skills, and to work with a great team in a friendly, supportive and client focused environment.
