My Client is on the lookout for an enthusiastic, technical, and design-motivated Architect to join their growing team in Glasgow. If you excel at managing people, time, and resources, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, I want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop robust top-level project plans
  • Manage project resources for optimum profitability and creative excellence
  • Negotiate consultant and contractor appointments
  • Address production issues and communicate them early
  • Produce weekly production and budget control status reports
  • Deal directly with key clients on higher-level problems
  • Provide leadership and support to the project team

About You:

You’re highly organised with excellent time and project management skills. You have a sound knowledge of production information processes and are comfortable navigating statutory and legal requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and internal stakeholders, along with your resilience in managing high-level relationships, sets you apart.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • RIBA Part 3 essential
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant commercial experience

Skills and Other Requirements:

  • Able to manage multiple projects.
  • Anticipate problems and respond creatively.
  • Identify and highlight when projects are not on schedule.
  • Motivate production personnel for high-quality performance.
  • Understand and create accurate budgets.
  • Possess proactive and persuasive communication skills.
  • Strong AutoCad skills (Revit a plus)
