Description
Our Quality Assurance (QA) specialists are dedicated to enhancing compliance with our Integrated Management System and ensuring the highest standards in the quality of our project deliverables.
The QA team offers support and guidance across all sectors, continually adopting the Plan, Do, Check, Act methodology outlined in ISO 9001:2015. This process begins with understanding our client\’s requirements, followed by meticulous planning to meet them, delivering a top-tier service, and fostering ongoing improvements in our operations.
With a team of in-house IRCA-certified quality engineers and internal auditors, the department handles quality assurance, document control, project and third-party audit management, and oversees Perfect Delivery – our client satisfaction tool. Additionally, we lead safety initiatives, including the Positive Intervention program.
As the team grows, we have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Engineer to join us. This role will involve managing the day-to-day quality responsibilities for all projects assigned.
This role will require occasional travel to other offices and project sites across the country.
Key Objectives
- Support and guide project teams with Quality related activities & planning
- Monitor and boost compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with updating and improvement of the IMS
- Understand project/sector/client quality requirements
Requirements
Technical
- IRCA Internal Auditor,
Experience
- Experience with the application of ISO 9001 within Design, Engineering and/or Construction organisation(s)
- Experience in Internal Auditing (including planning, execution, record keeping, tracking and closeout)
Qualifications
- IRCA Internal Auditor
- (Preferable) Lean Six Sigma (Green / Yellow belt)
Security Clearance: SC Clearance / able to attain
