We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Proven commercial management experience within Utilities, Energy, Infrastructure or Construction.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC3 / NEC4 contracts, contract administration and commercial risk management.
- Experience managing project budgets, subcontractor packages, cost control, forecasting and profitability.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The confidence to take commercial ownership, identify opportunities and drive project performance.
- A commercially astute, ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment.
