Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer ready to take the next step into a leadership position? We are working with a highly respected building services consultancy seeking an Electrical Associate to join their Glasgow office. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving the technical delivery and direction of major projects across sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education, and high-tech facilities. You’ll take ownership of client relationships, oversee project delivery, and guide a growing team of engineers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading electrical design and strategy across multidisciplinary projects
  • Managing project delivery from concept through to completion
  • Providing technical oversight, QA, and design assurance
  • Developing and mentoring junior engineers within the team
  • Building strong relationships with clients and project partners

What you’ll bring:

  • Degree-qualified in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Chartered (or working toward) with relevant professional body (CIBSE, IET, etc.)
  • Proven experience leading projects within a consultancy environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
