We are hiring a driven, mission-led Regional Sales Manager to help grow Abler across the UK. We are open to candidates across all regions and will be hiring multiple Regional Sales Managers as we continue to expand our presence.
Abler already works with a growing number of well-known organisations across the UK, from Premier League and EFL clubs to grassroots and community programmes, giving you a strong foundation, credibility, and network to build on. You will introduce Abler to clubs, community programmes, foundations, and sports organisations, helping them modernise how they operate and how they serve their participants.
You will run the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to demos, proposals, and closing deals, while also leveraging existing relationships, references, and introductions to accelerate growth. The role begins as a contractor position with a clear path to a full-time role as you demonstrate impact and as our UK team continues to grow.
- Prospect & Build Pipeline: Design and execute multi-touch outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone. Research accounts carefully and use outbound tools such as Apollo, Lemlist, or Smartlead to build a strong pipeline.
- Own the Sales Cycle: Prepare and run discovery calls, conduct product demonstrations, send proposals and contracts professionally, and manage negotiations through to close.
- Develop long-term relationships: Build relationships with sports organisations across your territory and become a trusted advisor to clubs and administrators.
- Maintain a Clean Pipeline: Log all activity accurately in our CRM so the team always has a clear picture of pipeline and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Team: Share what is working in the field and bring customer insights back to product, marketing, and leadership.
Experience in sales, SDR, or AE role, ideally in B2B, SaaS or technology. A track record of hitting or exceeding outreach and pipeline targets. Comfortable working independently and remotely. Comfortable using sales tools and learning new technology quickly. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is a plus.
