We are hiring a driven, mission-led Regional Sales Manager to help grow Abler across the UK. We are open to candidates across all regions and will be hiring multiple Regional Sales Managers as we continue to expand our presence.

You will own your territory and play a key role in expanding our presence. While this is a high-ownership role with a strong focus on new business, you will not be starting from zero. Abler already works with a growing number of well-known organisations across the UK, from Premier League and EFL clubs to grassroots and community programmes, giving you a strong foundation, credibility, and network to build on.

You will introduce Abler to clubs, community programmes, foundations, and sports organisations, helping them modernise how they operate and how they serve their participants. You will run the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to demos, proposals, and closing deals, while also leveraging existing relationships, references, and introductions to accelerate growth.

You will be trained on our playbook and equipped with the tools needed to succeed. The role begins as a contractor position with a clear path to a full-time role as you demonstrate impact and as our UK team continues to grow.
