We are AbleCare Homes, a family-run care home company operating in 6 locations across Bristol and South Gloucestershire. We are seeking to recruit some great new social care workers; people with the right values and attitude to work across our 3 homes in Bristol's Downs area: one in Redland/Westbury Park (BS6) and two in Westbury-on-Trym (BS9).

Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right attitude and behaviours to work with our wonderful residents and staff! You don’t need qualifications to get started - we’re happy to work with you to help you become an excellent care worker.

Are these important to you? The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Our residents are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such. Duties may include supporting with personal care needs, as well as supporting with meals and helping to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and well-being such as arts and crafts, watching the football, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.
