The Learning Support Worker supports learners with learning disabilities, mental health needs and/or challenging behaviour in Yeovil as part of able2achieve’s Somerset and Devon services. The role helps learners feel safe, make informed choices, access opportunities and develop meaningful, rewarding lifestyles.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and updating care plans and risk assessments
- Following safeguarding procedures
- Reporting concerns
- Supporting person‑centred learning
- Helping learners access the community
