The Night Wake Learning Support Worker supports learners with learning disabilities, mental health needs and/or challenging behaviour in Langport as part of able2achieve's Somerset and Devon services. The role helps learners feel safe, settled and supported overnight while maintaining dignity, privacy and person-centred support.
Responsibilities include:
- completing agreed night-time checks
- responding calmly to support needs
- following care plans and risk assessments
