Field Service Manager to lead an established team of Field Service and Commissioning Engineers.
This is a hands off leadership role focused on team management, resource planning, operational coordination and health & safety compliance.
Experience leading field-based engineering teams.
Practical mechanical, industrial or engineering background.
Progression from a hands-on engineering role into management.
Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and business systems.
IOSH and/or NEBOSH.
Experience within utilities, water treatment, power generation, M&E or industrial engineering environments.
Remote UK-based role.
Monthly office visit.
