West Midlands - Hybrid Working (2 Days Office)
We are supporting a global engineering business with a strong reputation for delivering automation and process control solutions across industrial environments.
Due to continued growth they are looking to appoint an experienced Controls Engineer to join their Engineering & Projects team.
Working alongside Process Engineers and EC&I specialists, you will develop software used to control automated plant and industrial processes, supporting projects from design through to testing, commissioning and ongoing system development.
- Rockwell Studio 5000 & RSLogix
- PLC, HMI & SCADA systems
- Profinet, Profibus, Modbus & Ethernet/IP networks
- Control system testing, commissioning and troubleshooting
- Industrial automation and process control projects
We are looking for:
- Experience developing PLC software in an industrial environment
- HMI and SCADA development experience
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation
- Engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience
