At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Fabrication and Welding Tutor/Assessor to join their expanding team based in Walsall. You will play a key role in delivering high quality practical and theoretical welding training while assessing learner competence and supporting individuals throughout their learning journey. You will help learners gain recognised qualifications and develop the confidence and skills needed to succeed within the welding and engineering industries.
What you will be doing:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging practical and theoretical welding sessions
- Deliver training to learners undertaking Level 2 and Level 3 Fabrication and Welding apprenticeships
- Deliver training and support for Welding Skills Bootcamp learners
- Teach a range of welding processes including MIG, MAG, TIG and MMA
- Assess learner practical competence and theoretical knowledge using approved assessment methods
