At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking and well-established training provider for two Development Coaches to support learners on the Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship programme. This is a hybrid role, combining office-based working in Warrington, home working, and learner support delivered via Microsoft Teams, with some employer engagement where required. The organisation places people at the heart of everything they do, with a strong focus on learner experience, quality delivery, and long-term career progression.

What you will be doing:

  • Coach and mentor apprentices throughout the full lifecycle of their Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship
  • Encourage learners to develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours within their day-to-day sales role
  • Deliver structured feedback and personalised development support
  • Guide learners through skills development activities and portfolio building using application logs
  • Support learners to effectively meet their 20 percent off-the-job learning requirements
  • Follow curriculum plans, schemes of work, and session plans to keep learners on track
  • Support learners to reach gateway on time and prepare confidently for end point assessment
  • Plan stretch and challenge activities to support distinction outcomes
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 40 to 45 learners
  • Apply timely interventions to re-engage learners at risk of disengagement
  • Assess learner work and provide accurate and timely feedback
  • Liaise regularly with employers and line managers, providing clear progress updates
  • Facilitate milestone reviews with learners and employers
  • Support Maths and English development through apprenticeship activities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for audit and compliance
  • Attend standardisation meetings and contribute to quality improvement activity
  • Work autonomously to meet weekly KPIs and performance expectations

Working pattern:

  • Full time role, permanent status to be confirmed
  • Monday to Friday working hours
  • Office based in Warrington to Thursday
  • Home based Monday and Friday
  • Some employer visits required, mileage paid

What we are looking for:

  • Strong passion for learning, development, and apprenticeships
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing others in the workplace
  • Strong communication, organisation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and work autonomously
  • Experience in further education or apprenticeships is advantageous but not essential

Please note: Candidates do not need to hold a teaching or assessing qualification, as full training and qualifications will be provided.
