At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Business Administration and Customer Service Tutor/Assessor to join their expanding team. This is a full time permanent position where you will support and assess learners working towards Business Administration and Customer Services qualifications at Levels 2 and 3. You will play an important role in guiding learners through their qualification journey while supporting achievement, progress, and quality standards.
What you will be doing:
- Managing and supporting a caseload of learners
- Assessing learners working towards Business Administration and Customer Services qualifications at Levels 2 and 3
- Supporting apprentices to achieve within their expected completion times
- Monitoring learner progress and providing regular feedback and guidance
- Updating electronic learner records following each visit and review
- Conducting online review and update meetings with learners and employers
- Delivering training sessions within the centre and in the workplace
- Maintaining accurate documentation in line with quality and compliance standards
What we are looking for:
- Ability to motivate and support learners throughout their qualification journey
- Good IT skills and confidence using electronic systems
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Assessor qualification desirable, although training and qualification support can be provided
Desirable:
- Experience assessing apprenticeship qualifications
- Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and funding requirements
- Experience working within education, training, or vocational learning environments
Salary and benefits:
- Salary to £30,000 per annum
- Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5pm and Friday 8.45am to 4pm
- 45 mins lunch break each day
- Mileage allowance for all business miles
- 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
- Additional Birthday leave after 1 year service
- Additional annual leave accrued yearly up to 30 days
- Pension scheme
- Mobile phone and laptop provided
