Team Leader Search and Select/Recruitment for apprenticeships

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment or business development professional to lead a dedicated Search and Select team, supporting learners into apprenticeships while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Search and Select Recruitment Team Leader to join their expanding team based in Walsall.

You will play a key role in leading and developing a team responsible for interviewing applicants, matching candidates to apprenticeship vacancies and supporting employers throughout the recruitment process.

You will also help improve systems and processes while ensuring excellent customer service and high quality learner support.
