This role is available on a full-time basis or part-time, Monday to Friday. You can choose 2, 3, 4, or 5 days a week.

At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Beauty Therapy Tutor to join their expanding team based in Sunderland.
You will deliver high-quality training to Level 3 learners across beauty therapy and beauty therapy massage qualifications, supporting learners to develop their knowledge, practical skills, and confidence.
What you will be doing:
- Deliver engaging training across the Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy
- Deliver training across the Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy Massage
- Deliver both theory and practical sessions to learners
- Deliver body and facial electrical treatments to the required standard
- Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback to support their progress
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification, including body and facial electricals
- Level 3 Teaching qualification such as AET, PTLLS or equivalent or Level 3 Assessor qualification such as CAVA, TAQA or equivalent
You will need to be confident and competent in delivering electrical treatments including:
- Microcurrent
- Galvanic
- Faradic
- EMS
- Vacuum Suction
What we are looking for:
- A professional and supportive approach to working with learners
- Someone who is learner focused and passionate about maintaining high standards in training and assessment
- Confident delivering both theory and practical sessions
- The ability to motivate learners and contribute positively to the academy environment
Salary and benefits:
- Salary £27,000 to £30,000 per annum
