Hybrid role, home based two days per week with three days in Walsall. At Able Personnel we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Quality Lead to join their expanding team. This is a hybrid Quality Lead position where you will work two days from home and three days on site in Walsall. You will play a key role in coaching delivery staff, improving learner outcomes and ensuring high quality training standards across apprenticeship programmes. The company delivers across various disciplines for apprenticeships and commercial training. This role will focus more on accountancy area Levels 2 to 7. They will accept any discipline experience.

As a Quality Lead, you will be responsible for supporting continuous improvement across delivery teams, ensuring compliance standards are met and learner outcomes are consistently improved.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing performance reviews to drive success rates and improve learner outcomes as a Quality Lead
  • Overseeing compliance and reporting requirements across programmes
  • Analysing learner progress, attendance and engagement to inform interventions
  • Coaching and supporting Learning and Development Tutors to deliver high quality training
  • Supporting the design and improvement of delivery models and learning resources
  • Acting as a quality lead for designated qualifications
  • Supporting standardisation activities across teams and departments
  • Using learner feedback and data to drive continuous improvement
  • Supporting CPD activity and ensuring effective implementation across staff
  • Contributing to achievement of learner start targets and programme growth

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working within apprenticeship delivery, training or education environments
  • Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and End Point Assessment
  • TAQA qualification or equivalent
  • Strong communication, coaching and presentation skills
  • Experience working in target driven environments
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Desirable:

  • IQA qualification or willingness to work towards IQA, company will support and fund this
  • Management or leadership qualification

Salary and benefits:

  • Salary £27,000 to £31,000 per annum
  • Hybrid working model with flexibility, full time role 8.45am to 5pm, 4pm finish on Fridays
  • Support to achieve IQA qualification if not already held
