At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Residential Childcare Tutor/Assessor to join their expanding team based across England. This is a home-based role with a blend of remote delivery and face to face learner visits.
You will play a key role in delivering, coaching, and assessing Children, Young People and Families apprenticeship programmes, supporting learners working within residential childcare settings to achieve successful outcomes.
What you will be doing:
- Deliver Level 4 and Level 5 Children, Young People and Families apprenticeship standards
- Support the delivery of additional skills programmes including Level 3 Residential Childcare qualifications
- Deliver a combination of remote and face to face teaching, coaching, and assessment sessions
- Manage and maintain a caseload of learners, ensuring timely progress and achievement
- Complete learner inductions and develop individual learning plans
- Deliver engaging teaching and learning sessions tailored to learner and employer needs
- Embed Maths, English
- Conduct regular progress reviews with learners
