Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 4.00pm

At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Tutor to join their expanding team based in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning professional who has a passion for teaching and developing the next generation of skilled apprentices. You will deliver high quality training and support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging learning sessions, helping apprentices develop their technical knowledge and practical skills, while ensuring they are supported to achieve their qualifications.

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver high quality Refrigeration and Air Conditioning training to apprentices
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support learner development and achievement
  • Support apprentices throughout their learning journey
  • Provide guidance, feedback and support to help learners progress
  • Ensure training is delivered to a high standard and meets apprenticeship requirements
  • Complete relevant learner records and assessment documentation

What we are looking for:

  • Previous teaching or training experience within Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of apprenticeships
  • Industry experience within Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
  • A passion for supporting and developing learners
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Qualifications:

  • Teaching experience is essential, candidates with industry experience only will not be suitable
  • Relevant teaching qualifications are desirable
  • If you do not currently hold the required qualifications, support may be available to achieve Level 3 and Level 4 teaching qualifications
