Freelance role for Adult Care. £215 per day worked. Home based, fully remote. Induction and some training given remotely. This role is until the end of July 2026 and possibly to the end of August 2026. Possibility could be extended.

Seeking someone who can work 3, 4, or 5 days per week dependent on your availability, Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 5 pm, with some flexibility. Can reside anywhere in the UK.

Job role:

  • Carrying out end point assessment activities and making decisions for apprenticeship standards for Adult Care levels 2 and 3.
  • Must have end point assessing experience for Adult Care at level 2 or 3 and have worked for an awarding body in the past.
  • Conducting these online professional discussions.
  • Carrying out assessments with the learners.
  • The appointments will be scheduled for you.
  • Agreeing a plan and schedule for each assessment activity for the end point window.
  • Write ups and report assessments.

Essential requirements for the role:

  • Must be Assessor qualified – such as TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/D33.
  • Must have own equipment, using own laptop and set up an email address.
  • DBS in place and on the update service.
  • Must have experience working in end point with an awarding organisation.
  • Evidence of occupational competence.
