We are seeking 2 people, 1 for Manchester and 1 for London Borough nest Tower Hill.

Location: London and Manchester

Hybrid role with travel. Attendance to the office is required.

At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate AI and Technical Business Coach to join their expanding team based in London/Manchester. This is a hybrid role where you will support apprentices and employers through Software Development, Data Analysis and AI focused apprenticeship programmes. You will guide learners in applying technical knowledge within real business environments, helping them develop practical skills, confidence, and workplace competence.

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver structured coaching and skills development across Software Development, Data Analysis and AI apprenticeship programmes
  • Support apprentices in applying coding, data analysis, and AI tools to real business challenges
  • Conduct progress reviews, professional discussions, and formative assessments
  • Support portfolio development and preparation for End Point Assessment
  • Deliver technical coaching covering programming principles, data analysis methods, automation tools, and modern digital workflows
  • Coach learners in AI adoption, prompt engineering, automation tools, and data driven decision making
  • Provide guidance on Python scripting, API integrations, data visualisation, and low code development solutions
  • Monitor learner progress through e portfolio systems, action planning, and milestone tracking
  • Support apprentices with technical challenges and project delivery
  • Work closely with employers to align learner projects with business objectives
  • Maintain accurate learner records in line with funding and compliance requirements
  • Embed safeguarding, Prevent, British Values, Equality and Diversity, Health and Safety, Math's, and English throughout delivery

What we are looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of Software Development, Data Analysis and AI apprenticeship standards
  • Experience supporting the practical application of AI, software development tools, and data analysis techniques
  • Understanding of software development practices including programming concepts, testing, debugging, and development lifecycles
  • Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence processes
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and digital workflows
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, teaching, or assessing learners or apprentices
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and learner support skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience using OneFile or similar e portfolio systems would be beneficial

Essential qualifications:

  • PGCE, Cert Ed, QTS, Level 4 Teaching Qualification or Level 3 Teaching Qualification
  • Level 3 Assessor Qualification
  • English Level 2 or above
  • Math's Level 2 or above
  • Degree or higher qualification in AI, Data, Computer Science, Digital or a related field OR Minimum 2 years relevant industry experience
  • Technical certifications demonstrating AI competence
  • Qualification at a level above what is being delivered
  • Level 3 IAG qualification or willingness to work towards within the first 6 months

Salary and benefits:

  • Salary £40,000 to £45,000 per annum
  • Hybrid working arrangement
