At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Conveyancing Learning Coach to join their expanding team. This is a fully remote, part-time Learning Coach role offering flexible hours and the opportunity to inspire and support the next generation of conveyancing specialists from the comfort of your home.

You will play a key role in guiding learners through their apprenticeship journey, helping them achieve their qualifications and build lasting careers in the industry.

What you will be doing:

  • Support and coach apprentices remotely via Microsoft Teams, with no workplace visits required
  • Manage a caseload of around 10 learners per day (approximately 40 to 50 learners full-time equivalent)
  • Deliver engaging one-to-one and group coaching sessions that motivate and inspire learners
  • Provide constructive feedback and monitor progress in line with Ofsted and funding standards
  • Plan and manage your own diary with complete flexibility across your working days
  • Join a supportive and friendly team with monthly virtual meetings and two in-person events each year (summer and Christmas)

What we are looking for:

  • Conveyancing experience, residential or commercial
  • A passion for sharing knowledge and helping others succeed
  • Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
  • Someone who enjoys autonomy and flexibility in their role

Desirable:

  • Coaching or Assessor qualifications (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33)
  • Knowledge of government-funded training
