At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate End Point Assessor Hospitality to join their expanding team based across the Southampton, Basingstoke and Guildford areas. This is a full-time permanent position where you will work with hospitality apprentices and employers to plan, conduct and complete End Point Assessments against apprenticeship standards.

You will play a key role in supporting quality assessment processes while helping apprentices demonstrate their skills, knowledge and behaviours within the hospitality sector.

What you will be doing:

  • Conduct End Point Assessment planning meetings with apprentices and employers
  • Carry out End Point Assessment activities through face to face and online methods
  • Determine overall grades based on performance across all assessment activities
  • Maintain accurate and confidential assessment records
