At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Hairdressing Trainer/Tutor/Assessor to join their expanding team. This is a face-to-face delivery role based in Coventry and surrounding areas with travel required to employer premises and training facilities.

You will play a key role in delivering, coaching, and assessing Hairdressing apprenticeship programmes at levels 2 and 3, supporting learners through structured training and workplace assessment to achieve successful outcomes.

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver Hairdressing apprenticeship training at levels 2 and 3 classroom delivery and in the workplace with learners.
  • Plan and design curriculum content in line with apprenticeship standards and employer needs.
  • Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and high-quality learning resources.
  • Complete inductions with apprentices and employers in the workplace.
  • Create individual training plans based on initial assessments and learner needs.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions using a range of teaching and digital methods.
