6-month contract. Full time Monday to Friday. Can lead to the contract being extended, or permanent. Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm (with flexibility) and 45 mins lunch.

Job role:
- Carrying out end point assessment activities and making decisions for apprenticeship standards.
- Must have either end point assessing experience or worked as an assessor and assist them in preparing for end point assessments.
- Conducting these online.
- Can visit the workplace on the odd occasion and be local to home – expenses paid.
- Planning meetings with apprentices and employers online.
- The role is endpoint assessing for team leading level 3.
- Agreeing a plan and schedule for each assessment activity for the end point window.
- Marking in line with grading criteria for the apprenticeship standard and confirming each element has been completed.
- Determine the overall grade for the apprentice based on the combination of performance in all assessment activities.
- Participate in standardisation and training activities.
- Full induction is given: 2 days remote and 3.5 days away in person – all paid for.
Essential requirements for the role:
- Must be Assessor qualified – such as TAQA or A1 or D32/D33 or CAVA.
- Must have been either an end point assessor or an assessor in team leading level 3.
- Must have either a certificate level 3 in management or been a manager/team leader in the past.
- Been an End Point Assessor or preparing learners for their End Point Assessments.
