This role can be full time Monday to Friday 37 hours per week, or 3 days per week if cannot work full time.

At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Early Years Trainer, Tutor, or Assessor to join their expanding team. This is teaching apprenticeships for learners who work in Nursery. This is a face-to-face training role with travel required to support apprentices and employers across Coventry and surrounding areas.

You will play a key role in delivering Early Years apprenticeship programmes across levels 2 to 5, supporting learners through structured training, assessment and coaching to help them achieve successful outcomes.

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver Early Years apprenticeship training across levels 2 to 5 in a classroom and workplace setting.
  • Plan and deliver structured schemes of work, lesson plans, and learning resources.
  • Carry out face to face training sessions for groups of apprentices 3 days per week and then 2 days a week with the learners in the workplace and admin days.
  • Support learners to develop occupational skills, knowledge and behaviours.
