The predicted salary is between 25000 - 28000 € per year.

Permanent role based in Walsall. Full time, Monday to Friday, 36.5 hours per week, 8.45 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday, 4 pm finish on Fridays.

Duties:

  • Develop a team of business support staff to ensure accurate data entry functions
  • Set the team deadlines to work towards
  • Maintain admin and Reception support within the team
  • Ensure the team are uploading and validating claims for the learners
  • Ensure partnerships are managed effectively
  • Ensure that all business support functions comply with company policies and GDPR
  • Working with KPIs
  • Attending meetings and producing reports

Salary and Benefits:

  • £25,000 to £28,000 per annum
  • 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays
  • After 1 year’s service, an additional 1 day given for time off on your birthday, an extra day is accrued each year for the next 4 years to a total of 30 days holiday
