The predicted salary is between 25000 - 27000 £ per year.

Permanent role in Walsall – Office based role. Full time Monday to Friday, 36.5 hours per week, 8.45 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday, 4 pm finish on Fridays.

Duties:

  • Develop a team of business support staff to ensure accurate data entry functions.
  • Set the team deadlines to work towards.
  • Maintain admin and Reception support within the team.
  • Ensure the team are uploading and validating claims to make for the learners.
  • Ensure partnerships are managed effectively.
  • Ensure that all business support functions comply with company policies and GDPR.
  • Working with KPIs.
  • Attending meetings and producing reports.

Salary and Benefits:

  • £25,000 to £27,000 per annum.
  • 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays.
  • After 1 years’ service an additional 1 day given for time off on your birthday, an extra day is accrued each year for the next 4 years to a total of 30 days holiday.
