We are seeking a Business Development/Sales Manager. Must have worked in a training provider and have strong knowledge of apprenticeships - essential for this role.
- Managing a team of 6 to 8 staff who are responsible for all the sales and marketing activity.
- Responsible for the overall management of all strategic marketing and customer relationship activities.
- Take ownership of the sales and marketing functions of the business.
- Drive increased revenue through commercial opportunities and develop sales and marketing infrastructure to achieve the company's goals.
- Working to team targets.
- Involved in website critique and branding.
- Helping to set up a YouTube channel and producing videos with the team for sales and marketing purposes and on other platforms.
- Developing new sales ideas and marketing to attract potential new clients.
- Attending external meetings with stakeholders and partners.
- Ensure delivery is costed, budgeting.
- Develop growth of new business through apprenticeships, commercial and other opportunities.
- Supporting the team.
