This is for a permanent Employability Practitioner Tutor role, home-based with some travel to Walsall and Staffordshire for sector meetings once every 2 months - mileage paid. Looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Employability Practitioner Tutor to join the growing team. Duties:
- Deliver engaging structured learning sessions aligned to the Employability Practitioner Tutor apprenticeship standard
- Provide one-to-one coaching online and some in small groups online
- Mentoring and support tailored to learners' needs
- Dealing with learners who work mainly as coaches with challenging caseloads, careers advisors, case workers, and IAG advisors
- Prepare learners for end point assessment
- Use a range of digital tools and platforms to deliver blended learning
- Track learner progress, set clear targets, and maintain records
- Build strong relationships with employers to support workplace development and on-the-job learning
- Ensure all delivery meets quality compliance and safeguarding expectations
