We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in need of care. The ideal candidate will have experience in helping people remain independent at home. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
Location & Hours
Work in the Hazel Grove, Poynton and Bramhall areas. Our clients require care from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm, seven days a week. Staff work flexible shifts that fit with their lifestyles.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times.
- Implement behaviour management strategies for clients with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and follow individualised care plans.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks as needed to maintain a clean living environment.
Candidate Requirements

- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business travel.
- Ability to work within a 6-mile radius of our Poynton office and commit to working every other weekend.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
- Previous experience is not essential; we provide training.
