Responsibilities: Be confident in resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Provide quotes and alternative solutions on jobs when required. Have qualifications in Level 2 in Plumbing from a recognised governing body (C&G or NVQ). Carry sufficient stock to complete most basic replacement/refit works. Be willing to cover emergency/time-sensitive works during normal working hours as well as evenings and weekends. Have access to your own works vehicle to travel to and from jobs. Act in a polite and professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness on all works. Possess a Health and Safety Qualification. Risk Assessment Qualification (preferred but not essential).
